My form is not working responsively. I have the 'Make this form responsive' box checked, but it isn't working as so. When I scale my browser smaller than 960px my form disappears completely. Please let me know what I can do to fix this.

The standalone form is working fine. I don't see any problem when viewed on mobile.

If you have embedded the form on your website, it could be the container of the form where you have pasted the embed code that is messing up on mobile and affects the form. Please check and review the mobile responsive styles in your website.

    Thanks!

The form is working fine on desktop/laptop, but not on tablet or mobile. I'm working in Adobe Muse to build the site - not sure if the program would have anything to do with it.

I think it's due to script conflict. Something is breaking the form script when viewed on mobile. Please use the iframe embed code version, this should fix it.
