I do not understand about this.

I just create a form.

Why must to suspended my account?

Hello Faiz,

Your account was suspended because you have a form which asks for a password. The asking of such information is a violation on our terms of use, regardless if this form is for creating an account. This is because JotForm does not have the capacity to systematically create sign-up or login forms for online accounts. And likewise to prevent abuse such as phishing. We also have a system that scans and filters these information and automatically suspends the account whose form contains a possibly malicious field.

For the meantime, I have reactivated your account. But to prevent your account from getting suspended again, please look into the matter as soon as possible and remove right away the password field in your form (http://www.jotform.me/form/62946455970468).
