White label branding for page errorAsked by southind on October 23, 2016 at 11:05 AM
Is there anyway i can create a custom page error. last time my account has been suspended due for phishing and after that when users accessing my forms is says form is disabled. how i can change that to custom text or custom url? and also if jotform server is down it will give users jotform is current unavailable. i want to brand my form to our company?
Unfortunately, you cannot redirect the JotForm's "Error page" to another page. When your account got suspended and all the forms were disabled, they'll get the "Form not found. Form is disabled." error message.
Also, you cannot customize those pages. However, you can change the Form Warnings messages. Here's a guide: How-to-Change-Form-Warnings.
If the form is disabled, you can set a specific message.
If the server is down, the site is inaccessible. It means that the users will not be able to open any webpage from JotForm. So that users will not be redirected or see any custom pages.
If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.
