I checked your account and it was automatically suspended. This automated suspension happens when there are forms in your account which is found by the system to be malicious, resulting to it suspending the account.
However, as I have reviewed your forms, I did not find anything malicious. So I went ahead and reactivated your account. You should be able to access your forms again.
