Upload files: able to get notification when uploaded files are failed

    Also for some uploads it generates various errors.  It seems the more files they add the more unreliable it is.  Is there a way to see these errors or be notified if there is an upload issue?  We only find out now if customer tells us and generally it frustrates them leading them to go somewhere else.

    I did some necessary actions regarding your account that should improve how your upload file field is working. But again, please be mindful that we can not guarantee that uploads, that are bigger than 100MB and uploaded by using multi upload option, will be stable. 

    Unfortunately, we don't have a tool that will notify you about failed uploads, you will be able to see it only through submissions.

    I understand your frustration, but with regular upload field, those are the limitations.

    Hi Nik, well it's good to at least see jotform finally acknowledging that the product isn't stable for large files.  I've been mentioning for a long time that it's unreliable and it's as if I wasn't believed.  Seems like a good solution for some but not for us due to this issue.

    I would rather say, again, that we just can not guarantee such a large uploads, so that's why the message. On the other hand, several of tests I did in past uploaded without any problems. 

    Anyhow, rest assured that our developer team is improving upload field feature day by day.

    Glad to hear improvements are being made.  Would be great to be able to be notified of failed uploads in the future so we know if a customer is having trouble.  This is somewhat mission critical stuff for our business.  Thanks
