How can I change the size of picture at customize pdf

Dear team,

Hi, I'm a big fan of your super easy form creating system and using it happily.

I have a question about the customize pdf function.

I might be able to modify the size of submitted picture at customize pdf function but I couldn't do that. Whenever I try to modify the picture size, the field size shirnk but actual picture size didn't respond.

Is there any other ways to change the size of picture?

I think there is something bug, It should be changed like exactly what you did. However, in my case, I deleted picture field and add picture field again. After that, the picture doesn't change at all. I don't know whether you can test with my form but if you can, I recommend you to test with my form.

I've created submissions and I am not able to see the image in order to change the size in PDF customizer also as you can see below:

I recommend you to reset your PDF and exit before saving as you can see the screenshot below:

Thank you for your reply. However, I wanna change the width of picture. In this form, I can only change the height of picture. When I drag picture to the left not up or down, picture doesn't change at all.

I've checked twice. I've seen that I am able to change the width of the picture as well as height. In which web browser do you test? I am using Mozilla Firefox and I am able to change the width and save as you can see the screen below:

Just in case, I've cleared your form caches in order to avoid a possible issue.

Oh, I've tested with internet explore and google chrome. Let me try it with firefox browser.
