I am trying to have a form that will allow various board committees to make quarterly reports. I created a working form and successfully pulled down the entire batch last month.
At the next meeting, I only want to bring down the newest reports. Can I do this without deleting the previous ones? It isn't mission critical to keep the old reports. They could be archived elsewhere. However, I'd prefer to have them stored on jotform as well.
Is selective downloading possible? If not, I'd like to put in a feature request to be able to check the boxes for the records I want.
Thanks

Yes, it would be possible for you to download the submissions on a specific date range.
The instruction on how you can do that is found in this guide: How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF
