Is there a problem sending emails today? (12/1)

    We have been testing our account, but there hasnt been any emails sent when we hit submit...

    No, everything is fine with emails. Please let me know which form you are having trouble with emails. I will take a look at out email server logs.

    Same issue here along with "stack error on line 7". There must an issue.

    I found the issue it was getting stopped by us, issue fixed by changing the User E-mail block in the Mail set up to no-reply@Jot

    My forms are working fine. All my tests from the website were fine, fast, no problems.

    Notifications will not work ALONG with Conditions.

    Has any one heard a response from the source JOTFORM? We all know there is a problem and we all need our forms to work  correctly as they did configured to our needs prior to this. issue. Where is JotForm reps on this situation? We have emailed them directly 2 x's with no response today.

    That's how it works. If you set a condition, the email will not be unless the condition matches.

    If you need it to be sent always, you should create an additional email.

    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
    2. Click on "Email Alerts",
    3. Select "Add New Email",

    I made a test submission on your form and the email was sent successfully according to our logs. If you are still having the problem please send this to your hosting provider:

    ThomasE: Panicking and filling the forum with the same messages does not help with the situtation. What would help is if you can provide the URL of the form that has the problem, and let us know exactly which selections you are choosing on the forum. Then we can investigate the problem. If we can re-create the problem we can fix it. Otherwise, we cannot.
