Salesforce Lead Custom Fields Integration

    I was really excited to see the integration with Salesforce as I was just about to stop using JotForm and use something else.

     

    I have just tried to convert my first form to integrate with Salesforce but I noticed I cannot Map my Form Fields with Custom Fields in Salesforce - "Lead Custom Fields & Relationships". I noticed another question along this line. Is this something that is going to be included very soon or will it be some time away?

     

    This is a really important feature as I have many custom fields when capturing leads. Thanks for your help.

    I would like to inform you that mentioned feature is marked as important one and has been already assigned to one of our Developers. I have also added your vote to the feature request ticket.

    Unfortunately, I can not provide any ETA for when it will be implemented.

    Hi Terri, As you can see on the second screenshot on that blog post, you can match form fields with custom fields on salesforce. Have you tried that?

    Yes, aytekin, I have tried that but it is only for standard Salesforce fileds and not Custom Fields which can be created in Salesforce to suit your own individual needs.  Thank you for your assistance though.

    I am sorry as we do not have any updates on this, but rest assured our developers are already made aware of this. We'll update you here if there's any improvement news about this.

    I'd like my vote added to this issue.  Even simple custom fields, like textareas, can't be matched to a Salesforce field.  Integration on the whole is severely limited in functionality if only predefined fields can be used -- sort of defeats the entire purpose of being able to build a custom form in the first place.

    Is this days, weeks (<4) or months away?  Going to have to make the switch soon if this doesn't happen!

    I'm sorry to hear it, DKEHQ. Sorry for we can not give a definite time to when this will be implemented, all we know is our team is extremely busy to the other prioritized bugs/features. Don't you worry as this matter will be taken care of, we'll surely update you here if there's any improvement news on this.

    Sorry to tell you this, but it is still not working for me. No thank you screen, nothing appears in SF, no email message. When disconnect, all works again.

    I submitted this several weeks ago and received a message today informing me it is working. But apparently not.

    We are sorry for the delay on this.

    Can you please try to re-integrate with Salesforce. Do you get the following error message within our Salesforce Integration Wizard?

    API is not enabled for this Organization or Partner

    If yes, you will need to upgrade your Salesforce to either Enterprise or Unlimited edition. Unfortunately, Salesforce does not provide an API access for other editions.

    However, if you are on the Enterprise/Unlimited edition and you are still getting no data, please let us know about this.

    According to this feature request thread, our Developers have already implemented the form fields integration with the custom Salesforce fields.

    Please re-check the integration from your side, and let us know if you notice some problems.
