I've checked your account and the emails above. I've seen that 2 of that emails above were in our bounce list as you can see the screenshots below:
That was the reason you did not receive emails to that email addresses. I've removed the emails from our bounce list and you should be able to receive submission emails normally now.
However, submissions had sent normally to email@example.com email address as it was not in our bounce list as you can see the screenshot below :
Moreover, if you want to check if any email address is in our bounce list or not, you can do it yourself. Please check the following link: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
