I cannot get Notification Emails

    Since 1 week we didnt get any email from Jotform, all our Forms doesnt WORK !

     

    Please Help

    If I understood you correctly, you cannot get a Notification Email.

    I checked email addresses that you used to get a Notification Email.  Unfortunately, info@berlintrailer.de email address was in the Bounce List as shown below and I removed it from the list. 

    You can also remove your emails from the bounce list if they are bouncing. Please have a look at this guide: How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List

    On the other hand, when I sent you a test email, I couldn't receive an AutoResponder Email. I checked your AutoResponder settings and your Recipient Email was "Hersteller". Please select Email field as AutoResponder Recipient Email.

     As I mentioned above, I sent you a test email. Could you please check your emails whether you receive a notification email or not?

    Hello Olivia,

    now i have the same problem as before ! I dont get some mails !

    I check the bounce linst allready.

    Please help

    Unfortunately, we had a problem about Amazon SES; therefore, we have started to use our email server now instead of Amazon.

    You can see your email logs in the following image. As you see that notification emails which are sent via Amazon SES is failed whereas there is no problem about emails that are sent via SENDMAIL.

    There is no such a problem now because we start to use our email server as I mentioned above.

    I already sent you a test submission and you can check the Notification Email of this test submission in your email inbox. The last log in your mail logs is also about my test submission as you can see in the following image.

     

    If you are still not be able to see Notification Emails in your email inbox, please check your spam and mark it as "Not Spam". You can see in the following image how to do that.
