Can I upload two attachments onto my form?

    Hi

    I want to upload two attachments onto my form, these are instructions for the people who will be doing the submissions, 

     

    is this possible?

    Hello,

    In depends on which format do you want to attach to your form? For example, you can use a PDF Embedder widget for embedding PDF into your form. Also, please find the user guide for PDF Embedder widget: https://www.jotform.com/help/153-How-to-display-a-PDF-document-on-your-form 

    However, it still needs a PDF link uploaded to your hosting space or Google Drive or Dropbox.
