I get "Insecure connection" alert while I try to reach my form.

    Dear serivce desk,

    As of today, we get an "insecure connection warning'' when we want to visit a form. For example https://form.jotformeu.com/61794703954365. Also see attached print screen. Is there something we need to do/change at our local IT-department?

    Dear Shahien,

    I inspected your form and found out that your image in the heading field causes security issues. You call the image with a 'http://....' request which result in mixed content on the web page. This results in security issues on the page. You need to have all protocols in 'https://....' format in your form to have secure connection.

    You need to insert this kind of external content with '//www.jotform.com/uploads/...' :

    The reason behind this new security issue might be updates of your browsers or any other elements in your information systems. Please follow the steps to update your form's protocol callings. Use this URL to insert your heading image:
