Problem with uploading documents through send your files form

    Hello

We use the following form for students to upload essays to us through our website. This weekend, many of our students couldn't use this as it kept saying that they had an invalid extension file (they were all using docx or PDFs which are usually fine). It seems that some students got around this by replacing the beginning of the link with www. rather than form.

Are you able to help with what is happening here? It's worked perfectly for over a year so I'm afraid we're a bit clueless as to why so many students are having the same problem.

    Many thanks

We are sorry for the inconvenience, there was a temporary error with uploading of files on Friday evening, and our developers quickly fixed the underlying cause. However, some forms may have still been affected if the form was still cached in our system with that bug.

I have just cleared the form cache of your account, so if your forms were still presenting the issue after Friday evening, they should be fine now.

Please check, and let us know should you experience any further issues. Thank you.
