File uploads fail, why?

When trying to upload any file type from the allowed list (pdf, jpg, jpeg, png, gif, tif, tiff) to the Photos field the upload fails with a generic error fail message and no debuggable error.

This was working.

The same behaviour happens in preview mode from the control panel.

Apologies for the inconveniences it may have caused to you. 

We had an issue with the file uploads; however, this was reported and already resolved by our developers.

I have also cleared your forms cache so this should also help to get this working, please check your form now and if the issue still persists, please let us know.
