Lightbox embedded form not resizing for mobile

    I have the resize for mobile widget in the form - still not resizing for mobile - 

    please help

    I have checked your form over its direct link, and I see it is displaying correctly/responsively on mobile devices:

    On the webpage you have kindly shared, I see that your form is embedded through our Lightbox embed method. The problem with this is that the Lightbox is set to have 400 pixels of width, and 550 pixels of height:

    This means that your Lightbox will always try to take up 400 pixels of horizontal space, and 550 pixels of vertical space, no matter the size of your device / screen.

    If you want to present your form in a mobile friendly manner to your users, I would recommend using our iFrame embed method instead:
