I'm not sure if understood your question, I can see you currently have 194 submissions in your account, I can also see that you have just upgraded and I recalculated the submissions and restored them (in case some of them were deleted because of the storage limit) and I can see the number is still the same, 194 submissions.
I can also see your account is currently fine, could you please provide us more details about the problem you're facing?
If you have deleted your submissions, pelase do note that will not be possible to to restore them, at least that you have the submissions in an Excel or CSV file, this way you can import them by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/308-Import-App-Easily-import-your-Excel-or-CSV-data-into-JotForm
