Dear help desk,
Today I've made two tickets, but I cannot find them in "My questions". I also cannot see my previous "questions & answers". If I go to "My questions" now, I see only 2 records. Where are the other ones?

Hi,
You should be able to see your threads in "My Questions". But make sure that you are logged in. So far, I see three threads opened by your account, including this one. Here are their links:

The last one is set to "Private" so you can only see if if you are logged in to your account.
You can also find the link to these thread on the email sent to you whenever a reply is made on them. Here's a screenshot showing it:
