Hello, once I have upgraded my account. Will I still be able to downgrade?

Yes, you can downgrade anytime that you want, this is stated in our pricing page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
JotForm is a recurring subscription service. You may upgrade or downgrade your service at any time. To change your subscription level, visit your billing page and select your new plan. To shut down your account and delete all of your information, please email email@example.com with “Cancel My Account” in the subject line.
