    Trying to update credit card but being redirected to PayPal

    My question is the same as "APassionForScrappinRetreats" and the responses on this forum are entirely unhelpful as I too cannot access an "edit" button under the CHANGE CREDIT CARD box.

    When "CHANGE CREDIT CARD" is selected I am simply redirected to my own PayPal account.

    Since your subscription is being paid for via PayPal, you would need to update the credit card or account information in your PayPal account to update your payment information.  This is why you are redirected to PayPal when clicking change credit card. 

    The method described in the guide your post originated from is related to subscriptions being paid for directly with credit card and using our older payment processor FastSpring.
