Issue authenticating the ZOHO app

    I am trying to authenicate the ZOHO app from jotform but I get an error saying "Web Login Required". I am logged into my ZOHO account so I am not sure what the issue is.

    Please see the screencast below that helps in integrating Zoho CRM with your JotForm.

    If you have already logged into your Zoho account, please try logging out from Zoho account and then try integrating with your JotForm. Please let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.

    I could not reproduce the problem. It worked for me when integrating with Zoho.

    If you are using login details, you will need to login with your Zoho Account. The username is usually your Zoho email address. You can also switch to using Authentication Token.

    Note that the error is a response from Zoho API. Perhaps you're new to Zoho service and you're using Zoho Mail. Here's an instruction from Zoho to overcome this situation https://help.zoho.com/portal/helpcenter/articles/captcha-unlock.
