When I download my report, not all of the populated fields are showing.

I have had several individuals submit their JotForms, but when I run the report, several of the key pieces of data do not show in the report.  How do I get access to those without asking all of those individuals to resubmit?  The last column on the extract is for the Student Grade and then it skips clear down to the bottom of the form for general comments.  None of the details are pulling.

I checked the excel report for your form and currently, all fields are being included:

While viewing your submissions, click on the gear icon in the top right and make sure all fields are checked:

Any fields that are not checked will not be included in the report.
