I upgraded my account by and it's saying it needs to be upgraded again

    I checked your account and it is well within even the Free account limits.  There is another account associated with your IP address that needed to be upgraded.  That username for that account is "teampoeta". 

    Since it does look like you have upgraded the incorrect account, we will be happy to refund the subscription for your "mpoeta2" account.  Let us know if you would like us to proceed and we will take care of the refund and cancellation of that subscription as soon as we can.
