How can I edit a form?

    HI there, we have a JOT form that we have setup and the guy who did this doesn't work here any longer and we aren't sure how to edit this.  Can you please help?

    I see that the form is associated with the JotForm account FFGJason registered using j***n@foreverflowering.net. You may login to this account so that you'll be able to edit the form. If you do not remember the password, you may request for a password reset from the login screen so that the password reset instructions shall be sent to the registered email address.
