With the form attached to my website will it count as a view every time someone happens to look at the page where the form is?
What happens if we go over our views or submissions?

Yes, it is a form view every time you refresh the webpage where the form is embedded. Please check this guide for more information about Form Views: https://www.jotform.com/help/355-Form-View-Limits-What-is-it-all-about
If you exceeded the monthly limits, you will be notified via email and you will be advised to do the upgrade. If you don't upgrade, your account will be suspended and your forms will be disabled. You need to wait for the counter to resets back to 0. It resets every first day of the month.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
