File uploads are not deleted when using the autodelete submissions app

    Your upload space has been cleared.  This ticket is still open and has been assigned to a developer.  Hopefully the phantom submissions will be cleared soon.

    I have cleared your upload space.  It looks like the previous uploads are what is causing the current count to be bugged. 

    This ticket is still open, I will add a note about the phantom files.

    The upload space has been cleared now and the account is activated. 

    Also, how would i know if i miss any submissions when my space has exceeded the limit?

    Please note that the forms cannot be submitted when they are disabled. The users are required to submit the form again.

    What I suggest also is to manually delete the submissions instead.

    User guide: How to Delete Form Submission Data

    The auto delete app is not very consistent because it was also considering those submissions with uploaded in the form emails. If the email is not yet sent, it will not delete the form submissions. 

    But if you will manually delete submissions, it will not wait for the confirmation of the sent email anymore so submissions with uploads will be immediately cleared.

    There is no submissions to be deleted because the app will delete the submissions but it won't clear the upload space. Otherwise I would have done it myself.

    I apologise for the confusion. What I meant also was to first disable the Autodelete app (so submissions will not be auto cleared).

    Then you can do manual deletion of submissions instead.
