To delete a form simply login to your JotForm account then click on My Forms, find the form that you want to delete, right click on it then choose "Delete Form"
This moves the form to your account's Trash folder, something akin to your computer's Recycle Bin. It is possible to restore a form that is deleted by accident. If you want to permanently delete the form, go to your Trash folder then click Empty Trash
You may also delete or restore forms from the trash can one by one by clicking on it then clicking the Delete Form or Restore Form button.
