I can not get the email from the submissions

    I have my email address on my submission, but I can not getting it at all.

    I've checked the email address that you're using in your form and I can see it is in our bounce list, here is the reason: 

    Reason(s) : X-Postfix; unable to look up host mail9.bigcommerce.com: Name

    I have also removed the email address from our bounce list and you should receive your emails now, please also check this guide so you avoid bouncing: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
