    Email notifications stopped working

    Hi,

    I checked your conditions and I found out that one of your condition is missing an email address. Here's a screenshot:

    I also checked your notification, all email recipients are not in the bounce list. Please provide more information about the issue.

    the issue I have is my notifier should go to two emails automatically  tiffany@nhometherapy.com and signininnhometherapyGmail.Com as well as the therapist who complete the form.  that appears to be working

    I checked the bounce list also for those two emails

    I have checked all the email addresses in our bounce list and they are not listed there. However, I notice that the email notification is being sent based on the conditions set on the form. Please be noted that if conditions are set on a notification, it will be sent only if the condition is true. If the conditions fail, the notification will not be sent. If you need to send a notification to any user irrespective of the conditions set, you'll need to add a new notification to the form.

    Also, I see that an email address is set incorrectly in one of the conditions set on the form that you may need to correct it.

    on my form under emails notifier 1 which should auto respond does not work. It used to.

    Since this notification is redirected to different email address based on the conditions, it will be sent only if the conditions are true.

    Otherwise, it will not be triggered. If you are referring to any particular condition set on the form, please let us know so that we can further investigate the issue. If you are referring to the email addresses set in the recipient addresses field, you'll need to setup a new notification with the same email addresses without setting up any conditions.
