How can I make my form mobile response on IOS?

    Half of my form is cut off on my iOS device.

    I test your form https://www.jotform.us/form/62854956125161  in the website using IOS browser emulator and it seems to work fine at this time. There form was mobile responsive when I test.

    Can you also try first removing the form on the website and then re-embed it. Perhaps refreshing will resolve the issue already for your.
