How can I have my responsive form show up on mobile?

    I used the responsive form template. It works on desktop but doesn't show up on mobile at all

    JotForm is mobile responsive by default. However, if you want it to be fully mobile responsive across different devices, it's a one easy steps. Here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-Forms-Mobile-Responsive

    I checked your page and you seem to be using different form platform.
