    Hello,

I tried replicate the issue on my side. I used IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari browsers. I couldn't replicate the issue.

Please try to change your dns settings. Also try to use other browsers. If the issue persists, please contact us again and we will investigate the issue further.

    Cheers.
