SMTP Settings Problem in Email Newsletters

Asked by wyattdesigns on October 25, 2016 at 06:43 AM

Hi. I am needing to send out blast emails randomly announcing things to everyone who filled out our form. I gather that I can do this through the App called Email Newsletters however, I can't get past the screen where I am supposed to enter the smtp information. I also keep clicking on "send test email" and it never sends one. From the reviews of the app, there have been many people who have had this same problem recently. Please advise as to the best way to send mass emails to people who have filled out my form.

I am not looking for the auto-responder feature, but rather something that will let me email everyone at once over a course of time.

    Thank you for your asking.

Now we are checking the issue. Please allow us some time to check and get back to you with relevant information.

In addition, please control your SMTP settings and try to configure your email by following the guide: New App JotForm Email Newsletters

    Thank you.

    Thank you for your understanding.

I looked into it carefully. I didn't figure out what causes this. In addition, I was able to replicate the same issue on my side.

I am escalating this thread to our developer for further inspection. Once they fix it, you will be notified via this thread.
