How to change my password which I forgot?

    Im trying to reset my password, but jotform is not sending the email. I have forgotten my password and I want to make changes to my form but login rejects all my passwords.

    Dear Sashido Ariyan,

    Are you sure that you entered the same e-mail address with Jotform records? If you're sure about that, please also check your spam folder. It might be in spam folder. Or, you can send an e-mail to Jotform support team by clicking here.

    I tried to reset my password too. And there is no problem with it.

    The account related to the form you've provided has the username sashido and the email address is s*****o@g***l.com.

    I have checked the email logs for the email address used on that account and I could not find any email with the reset instructions. 

    I would suggest you to try resetting your password again, please use either the username or the email address related to your account, otherwise you will not be able to receive the email. 

    If you still have problems resetting your password, please let us know.

    Thanks for your kind assistance, i have now been able to reset my password and retrieve my form.
    thanks so much. its just that i signed up a year ago and i forgot few details. i have now written them down in my notebook.
