Not receiving submission emails after the form is submitted.

    Hi there,

    I complained last week RE not receiving applications via our jot form on the follow page: http://www.juiceacademy.co.uk/apprentices-apply

    They have been stored into the actual jot form website, but not sent via email to apprenticeships@juiceacademy.co.uk

    We have set up a new application form for a separate programme, and have found two applications stored in the website, but nothing via email.

    We rely on the email notifications due to staff capacity and time and it looks extremely unprofessional and slack if we're not responding to our applicants. As an apprenticeship and training providers, we are dealing with people's futures so it's really not fair on them.

    As we're paying for this service, I'd appreciate this being looked into ASAP as I've had to complain on two separate occasions now.

    Hello Carly,

    I did check your last edited form "Graduate Job App Form" and did not find any issue with that. You have configured your email alert correctly and you should receive submission emails without any problem.

    I also checked our email logs and found that the submission emails are being sent successfully. Please check the logs below:

    I would suggest you to please check your spam folder and see if emails ended up there. You may also like to speak to your email service provider and ask them to whitelist our domain names to ensure the delivery of emails. You may like to take a look at the following guide to grab the list of domain names which needs to be whitelisted:  https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    If you're still experiencing issues with not receiving submissions to your email, kindly check your Junk/Spam folder and if some of your submissions ended there, please open them and click 'Not Spam', it should look like this(for example in Gmail):

    This is highly important action to prevent such issues in future.
