Hi, I've created a form that I want to use for one client and that will require logon access to amend the form too which I have done. When the form is live and filled in and submitted, does the form come to my email address or can I specify an email address?

Also I wish to set up another form but a bit more complex with calculations, which will be hosted on a different domain. If I pay for the bronze feature does that cover both forms and anymore I might make in the future or can I specify the bronze feature to one form?

    Thanks,

    Nick

    Hi,

If I am not mistaken, you are referring to the Notification Email of your form? You can change the recipient of your form's Notification Email by setting the Recipient address to desired email.

For more information, you can check these articles:

Regarding on your second concern, I have moved it to a separate thread so we can better assist you. We will attend to your other concern on this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/970887.
