I have html text in my form. I would like this to appear when the form is submitted. How can I do this.

Unfortunately, there is not a way to add the text you have in your form in the same way you do with form fields, this is because the text only displays information and does not receive any input.
You would need to manually add the same text in the emails or thank you page, alternatively you may use a widget for this, the Narrative Fields widget would help to display text in your form, it expects an input, but you could simply display text so you can then include it in the email template or thank you page.
By default the widget will not include the text; however, you may set the widget to show the text in the submission so it shows in the thank you page or emails:
Here's the link to the widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/narrative_fields
This guide will help you to add the widget to your form: How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
You will find the widget under the "Form Fields" option in the email and thank you wizards:
Hope this helps.
