One of my account which is using email at email@example.com has a problem. First I forgot password to login to this account, then I go with the "forgot your password" but still I still have not received any instructions to set up new password that's means I have not received any email from your system.
I really want to see if there were any messages has been sent by using the online form since there are no message forward to my email address and customer start to ask why I didn't reply their message from the online form
Could you please help. I really want to login and check to see the mail box of this account.

I checked our email logs for the address in your form and they have indeed been failing. It looks like your address was rejecting the emails as spam. When enough were rejected, it resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.
I removed your address from the list and the notifications should attempt to send once again. For more information on how to prevent this from happening again in the future, please see the following guide:
I sent the password reset email and it does look to have gone through this time. Check your inbox to see if it has.
