I have tried to test the submit button but DO NOT get the THANK YOU message or email to confirm someonr has filled in the form!
What should I do next?

I sent a test submission through your embedded form and it looks to have gone through without issue. I was redirected to the thank you page after submitting the form.
As for the email notification, I did not see anything in our logs for either address in your form. Try creating a single notification for each address, rather than sending a single notification to multiple addresses:

If that still does not allow for the notifications to trigger, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
