My Account has been Locked due to being over limit

    My Account has been locked, how can i unlock it? I deleted the form that was causing the issue. Thanks

    I checked your account and it is currently over limit for payment submissions.  Free accounts can receive up to 10 payments per month, your account has received 11.  To restore your form will require either upgrading to a Bronze and above level subscription or waiting until the monthly reset on the first of November. 

    The monthly reset occurs on the first day of each calendar month for all users.
