How to downgrade to Free?

Thank you for your wonder service. Jotform is very helpful.

Being a student organization at the University of Illinois at Chicago, we have "seasonal" periods where we have large amounts of initial membership submissions. We do not expect to sign-up 10 plus members a month anymore so I would like to downgrade our package to Free. We will upgrade again for a month or two next semester.

1. Go to your Billing page while you're logged in:

2. And just click on Downgrade button:
