How do I change header images?

Hello,

I am having difficulty changing the header image on a form. Even though

I click "remove image" and attempt to use another image, the same image

keeps coming up as a sort of default. What am I neglecting to do in order

to switch images?

You should be able to edit the image. I tried it in your form and I was able to do it. Please try it again and make sure to use a different image with a different filename.
