Hi Before I sign up, can you please confirm that when a form is completed and submitted if it can auto come as an email and if the information can arrive as a PDF attached"?

Are you referring to the email notification? The email notification is the email alert that you'll receive when someone completed your form. Here's a guide: Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
If you are referring to the email alert that will be sent to the email address entered in the email field, then that is called auto-responder. The auto-responder is the confirmation email that will be sent to the user who completed the form. Here's a guide: Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
If you want to attach a PDF copy of the submission, you can do so in both email alerts. You just need to enable the PDF Attachment option in the Advanced tab of the email alert.

I would like to inform you that there is no extra charge for the email submission being sent as a PDF. You can use all of the features offered by jotform with a Free account. You can simply upgrade your account if you want to increase the limits.
