I have the calculation widget on my form. The first submission came through with the calculation. The second submission did not show a calculation...am I missing a setting?Page URL:

I cloned your form to test it and the calculation is coming through in both the autoresponder and notification emails:
When I checked the logs for your form, the most recent submission email was indeed missing the calculation. In the submission data, the calculation field was empty or not present at the time of submission. Empty fields are hidden by default in emails. The form in its current state should be including the calculation in emails for any new submissions.
