I am not receiving email notifications through my email that is on a godaddy server, but I can receive them on my apple account. How can I fix this?

I figured it out. At least it's working now. For those hosting on GoDaddy, the JotForm fields are a little misleading (at least to me) for hostname, use smtpout.secureserver.net for port - 465 and security SSL also, rather than just put your name (as it suggest in JotForm setup), put your name as your email name. Example - email@example.com Once I did some searching around on GoDaddy, this is what worked for me. Only took me 2 days to figure it out, but I think this should work if you are having issues!

Hello @chris1322, thanks for sharing that info. This will surely help other GoDaddy users.
I'm assuming you're referring to this guide when you said the fields are a little misleading. From how I see it though, the fields and labels we used on that wizard are terms commonly encountered in SMTP setups (e.g. hostname, port, username, password, protocol).
