Mails not getting through

    Hi,

    My username is boquiaches and my mail is boquiaches@hotmail.com

    Though the test mail does arrive to my inbox

    The forms are not getting through my mail, but are being registered in My Forms results in Jot Forms website

    Hi,

    Can you please try to change your Sender Email to noreply@jotform.com and see if this solve the issue?

    If the said issue still persist after doing that, please whitelist the following IP Addresses on your mail provider side.

    174.34.57.214

    174.34.57.216

    174.34.57.218

    174.34.57.219

    208.117.50.251
