I have a lot of troubles with creating the PDF. It's inconsistent. Sometimes it works like a charm and other times it will say "Working" on the My Forms page for 10 minutes and then when it's done, a downloaded file isn't there. I have been fighting with it for an hour today so I can clear my 5 allowed files. :-\

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Generally, the time taken to generate the PDF form varies on the length of the form. However, it seems that it is not working at the moment and I am able to replicate at my end.
Let me forward the thread to our backend team to take a look at the issue. Once we have any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.

Thank you for looking into the issues! I still seem to be having the same issue on my side. The wheel keeps spinning next to "working," but I haven't received a downloaded file. All of my files are the same size. Sometimes it takes a second, others I have to try multiple times, but recently I haven't been able to create a PDF at all.

Apologies for the inconvenience. I was able to replicate the problem on a simple test form on my end. I have re-opened the ticket to notify the developer again. We will update you as soon as we hear any news.
