Question about Zoho Integration.Asked by securenetwork on October 25, 2016 at 04:12 PM
I use ZOHO crm and they do integrate with you guys. However, to have my jotform web form submissions be assigned round robin to agents in my CRM they said I had to code that into my jotform? They said I could code a "loop" so that the submissions go into my CRM in a round robin fashion to different user ids? Please let me know if you can help. Thanks
Please allow me to inform you that it is not possible to modify the code of Jotform's zoho integration, so unfortunately you cannot add code for your requirement. Jotform's zoho crm integration is simply designed to forward the submission data to the Zoho account that was integrated with the form. You cannot pass it from Jotform to other Zoho CRM accounts.
I checked the guide on Zoho CRM and based on it, I believe that you do not need to add code in jotform. You simply need to setup the Lead Assignment Rules on your Zoho CRM and when jotform forwards the submissions to your Zoho CRM, the lead will automatically be assigned based on the rule that you have setup.
Here's the guide on Zoho that I checked: Setting up Assignment Rules
