How can I have two custom fields in the Folder for a Box Integration?

How can I have two custom fields in the Folder for a Box Integration? Every time I try with the vars in bracers it defaults to the auto setting with all the numbers.

To achieve this, you need to create first the joining of the 2 custom fields in the form.

Then, you will use the created field (combined 2 fields) as the custom folder name in your Box integration configuration.
