Do all sub-user accounts have their own unique keys?Asked by Jay on October 25, 2016 at 04:54 PM
Do all sub-user accounts have their own unique keys? or will there be 1 key for all users?
This is a re-post of a comment on Introducing Encrypted Forms: The Ultimate in Online Form Security
Hello Jay, only 1 private key will be generated per account. If you're a JotForm account owner and would like your subusers to gain access to encrypted submission data, just share the .key file you downloaded when you first enabled Form Encryption.
On the other hand, if you're a subuser of someone else's JotForm account, then ask him/her to share the private key with you so you can view encrypted submissions.
